Steps to Kerr Village and sold in 20 days!

I am so excited for the sellers on my listing just steps away from Kerr Village. After staging and advertising and open houses, it is sold! My sellers were wonderful and very gracious thanking me for my hard work. This job is so rewarding. The great thing about selling homes in Oakville, or anywhere, really is that you are always learning! There are challenges with any properties, especially when you are working with a niche market.
